Creates the “Silver Alert” for missing senior citizens, to assist the Department of Public Safety to find senior citizens much like the "Amber Alert" helps find missing children
Lowers and freezes the property tax rates for senior citizens and the disabled.

HB 52 & HB 69 increase the personal needs allowance for Medicaid residents of long-term care facilities from $45 to $60. HB 446 increases the allowance to $75.
